Very disappointed with this motel. It was the 4th of July long weekend and most of the motels were booked so we decided to go here assuming it is a quality inn but they are out of Franchise now. As soon as i entered the reception area, i could smell mold through the AC blower. I requested to get a clean room and i was told that this is the best room he could offer so don't worry about it. See the pictures of what was the best he offered. Bed sheets had blood stains!! Clothes hanging in the bathroom and tissue papers on the bathroom floor. I went back and asked to change the room. He did change the room for me which was better than the first one but it was still not up to the mark based on a 2-star hotel. We decided to wash all our clothes in our bags to make sure we don't get any unwanted guests (bed bugs) in our house. I would never go back there.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived about 10:30pm, we were greeted in the parking lot by a women who appeared to be high as she tried to walk right into my suv. Thankfully my husband was driving very slowly. It is a MOTEL, NOT A HOTEL as it is listed. The lobby smelled like MOLD, the lobby bathroom was out of order and there was garbage on the floor. The man behind the counter didn't introduce himself, or even acknowledge me standing there. He was on the phone. When we arrived our reservation was messed up and they put us in a smoking room, when I noticed the mistake he insisted we had to have a smoking room or pay an upcharge of 20.00 to a non-smoking room. At that point I asked for a refund because we were paying 300.00 plus an upcharge to stay at this dump. He refused to refund the money and refused to put us in a non-smoking room without paying the upcharge because as he put it "it was not his mistake so oh well." I called corporate and they said that he had to rectify the situation. He refused of course. When we finally did make it to our room, IT REEKED OF SMOKE, the air conditioner didn't work, the cable was out and the coffee maker was broken. The carpet had a greasy feel to it. The sheets appeared to be clean. Corporate said that they would open an investigation but couldn't refund our money but did give s 6k choice hotel points. For whatever that is worth. I wouldn't even give this hotel a 1 star but unfortunately there aren't negative stars Take your money elsewhere, this place is a dump.

First off the room was clean, and smelled nice. The bathroom was clean as well. My friend and I were staying a few days to go to Ocean City. The location wasn’t awful it was about a 15 minute drive to the beach. However what really ruined this place was how extremely rude the front desk/manager was. My friend was just simply asking him some questions and instead of answering anything he was just rolling his eyes. He was also throwing her license back at her as well as her cards. She asked “how much is our stay” and he responded with “just put in your card” and let out an extremely annoyed sigh. If it wasn’t for him the stay would have been more pleasant. Although the jacuzzi was really really high up. So, if you are a person with knee troubles, or on the older side, be careful. I nearly fell every time I got in or out of the shower. Not sure if we would stay here again. But it gave us a bed to stay in which is what we needed. Just be prepared for extremely rude customer service.

The rating is high because of the spa tub. It is big enough for two, very nice. But they did not have any service. I'm assuming due to covet they didn't have any staff so the rooms were still being rented and they were throwing the dirty towels and sheets in the pile on the sidewalk when the bins were overfilled and of course that goes for the trash can too hopefully it'll get better.
