The body soap was empty when we arrived. Turn down service is request night prior only. We had to stop by desk for fresh towels and a garbage bag each day. The breakfast was adequate although the pancake machine was out of service. The bay view room was enjoyable, and access to the bay for the kids to have fun was a plus. The staff was friendly and gave a courtesy call for an instance where hot water would be shut off. The beds were not comparable to other locations, and the rooms seem compact compared to other HIEX locations. The nightly rate was fair with the military discount.

Just stayed in this hotel over the weekend and could not be more disappointed. First of all the room was tiny and dirty. Carpet had coffee stains, bathroom was stinking. Very flimsy walls. You can hear neighbors even whispering and traffic from road. AC worked on first night and did not on other night. Bathroom had leakage and second day the hallway and room both were stinking with sewage like smell. Never expected this kind

Awesome weekend stay! Clean rooms with a mini fridge, microwave, and k-cup. The room had black out curtain that was great and lots of outlets/usb ports for charging. Plenty of space for luggage and clothes. Hot breakfast was eggs, sausage, and oatmeal. Cold breakfast options were good too. (Would have liked some non dairy options) Nice beach behind the hotel. Parking was okay, does get a bit full. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, and a nice view out the back of the hotel. My only complaint about this hotel is the breakfast. The "hot breakfast" was warm at best. No pancake or waffle machine like at other Holliday Inns. The attendant was still bringing out FULL trays of warm (not hot) food at 9:50 and closed breakfast at 9:55 and carried that food back into the kitchen. I wondered if she was throwing out all of that food that she just bought out.
