I agree with the most recent reviewer. I am a commercial customer and the service was poor prior to the acquisition by Republic Services but since then, no one answers the phone in any department and they stopped answering emails. My last email to customer service was returned stating that the mailbox is no longer in use. Our trash container has not been emptied in almost 6 weeks. Before this, I had to call almost every week to get them to come out. I'd definitely recommend using other providers.

JRM is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It is even worse since they’ve been purchased by Republic services. There is absolutely no response when I call. Not only does nobody answer nobody ever calls back. If they do it’s four days later at best. Occasionally they respond to emails. I run a Housing Authority and my dumpster is rarely picked up on the scheduled day. When this happens I have to call to remind them to pick up their dumpster. Which as I stated before it is nearly impossible to speak to anyone. Very frustrating. It is now Friday my dumpster was supposed to be picked up on Monday morning. I have had to bring my buildings trash to the town dump every day this week even though we pay for dumpster services. Waste management picks up the dumpster at the building next-door to me and never misses a pickup. Which is why we will be switching. I would recommend that nobody use the service. I attached a picture of what my dumpster has looked like all week. As you can imagine I’ve had to pick up trash around the dumpster every day because of animals.

Goodluck getting anyone on the phone. They never return calls promptly, up to 4 days to hear from them. Trash picks ups even worse. I've had a week full of trash because he missed the pick up one week. Definitely looking to switch.

They come pick up trash in the alley by my apartment EVERY DAY from 2am - 5am. They have refused to answer any of my phone calls or emails about changing the time they come to pick up trash. It wakes up everyone in the apartment building. Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!
