I want to start by saying how happy I am to have found Gentle Dental of Peabody. I’m fairly new to this area, and my dentist in Danvers recommended Gentle Dental for wisdom teeth removal. I had a consultation with dr Yang and was super nervous about the whole process and surgery. The receptionist staff was amazing at always answering the numerous questions I had prior to the surgery. The day of my surgery Dr Yang and his surgical team were very professional, the facility was organized and clean. Which I appreciated. You could tell Dr Yang truly loves what he loves and that made me feel even more comfortable. They sent me home with a ton of information on post op info, medications and etc. I’m really happy I found Gentle Dental and extremely pleased with their team!

Everyone I interacted with at the office was so kind and welcoming, from Angel at the Front Desk, to Edna who performed the whitening services, to Dr. Giamarco. I am so happy with the results and best of all, minimal discomfort/sensitivity! I was in so much paid it was horrific when I walked in everyone was very pleasant, very very clean they did every thing to get me out of pain .and they did. I was never so appreciative. I even went back 2 hours later because the pain was coming back for the fact that there's a infection. So couldn't pull it out today as it's sitting on nerve so I have to see the oral surgeon they gave me a date for may I panicked but they assured me that I would be called if someone canceled. And truly believe I will be called soon . They were very honest and very good to me .my doctor even called me that evening to check on me .that was very impressive and I thank you for that it meant alot to me. I would like to thank you and your team for being so caring and doing everything to keep me comfortable. I have severe dental phobia. I broke a tooth a few years ago and ignored it because it didn’t hurt. Woke up last week in a lot of pain and went online to find an emergency dental office open on the weekend. Gentle Dental not only open, but Angel got me in right away. Her kindness and compassion got me in the door, the kindness and compassion that I’ve received from the rest of the staff will keep me coming back! Thank you, a great team!
