I had to call to get information on a summons I was served that didn’t have adequate information on how to answer it. Every person I spoke to over the month of January was basically talking over me and not allowing me to ask the questions I had. So it took a longer process because they kept prematurely transferring me, only for me to get transferred back. I don’t usually get rude because I’m a secretary at a medical office but I had to tell the one lady I just spoke to hold up and that if she would let me finish what I’m trying to say maybe she would be able to properly direct my call. Basically everyone is snarky and rude
