servpro came to my rescue after a flood due to a faulty part on the line of the toilet. They came out right away on a sunday and set every thing up for two days and now it is all dry. George the owner was amazing.. I am so impressed with how well they handled this for me. I highly recommend them.

called with an emergency but they really don't provide 24/7 service. Servpros response below is odd and clearly addressing someone other than me because this is NOT the conversation I had with them. I did not have rising water in my basement. I had a broken sub-pump and was told they could not come out. So even though they advertise 24/7 response - the response means they'll answer your phone call and that's about it. False advertising in my opinion.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
