NEVER AGAIN.. very sloppy and rushed .. i asked for a pedi and full set .. while getting my toes done i had to bend over just for another lady to do my nails

Terrible! Argued there was nothing wrong instead of fixing the the paint job which clearly the nail polish was no good and applied poorly. Worst nail job ive ever had done, polish already chipped off same day and its a gel manicure . paid 30 and now i have to pay them to get them redone. Also nails are uneven and nail polish under finger nails.

Discrimination is all I can say. My 93 year old mother gets her nails done once a month. We thought we'd try Effer's. I went in to ask if they had time. The lady said yes. I brought my mother in (showered that morning, hair just done and dressed nice, she does use a cane). We picked out a color and sat down and the same lady said no, she wouldn't do her nails and wouldn't give a reason. I was shocked as were the few customers in the salon. We went to Holiday Nails and they did a great job.
