I always seem to find the same pieces of clothing here each visit, which sucks because it’s mostly been Forever 21 or Shein. Most clothes look VERY obviously worn, have stains, or are just plain hideous. The staff also look very worn out and are not friendly at all. I have managed to find some unique pieces here and there, but the attitude of the staff and overall selection make me not want to shop here. Honestly I would just stay away.

Brought in 3 bags of great name brand clothing in great condition (free people, Ralph Lauren, UO adidas, vintage levi jeans, American threads, etc) and they picked two pairs of pants out of all them and offered me $9 in cash.. because they weren’t trendy. I’ve seen countless amounts of cheap shein and target brands in the store and at the end of their search through my things i left with 3 full bags. I would not recommend donating here you will leave with 95% of your items and Will be offered almost nothing for what you paid for even if they’ve never been worn.

Love this store, love this location! People are super friendly, found a few cute statement pieces, and of course, resale is sustainable people! A big ol recommend.

I took a pair of clavin Klein today they turn them down. I only worn them three times
They will take whatever value they assign to it themselves, i imagine 200 or maybe 250 and other you half of that value in store credit, a third if you want cash. (This is from memory, trying to sell some jeans a few weeks ago)
I would say like most clothing stores the women's clothes outnumber the men's. The items available are generally geared for a younger consumer. Prices are on par with other higher end consignment and resale stores. Don't go there expecting thrift store prices. Their product and clientele is of a different class.

Not worth the trip , very high price u find better sales on clearance rack at Macy's & new
Hi Roger, Today we are celebrating our 45th anniversary! We're not having a sale, though, we do have select items on sale and we set aside some amazing one-of-a-kind and vintage pieces for the event. We will also have treats and tons of giveaways, so we hope you can stop by the event! Best, Savy
Yes they buy gently used clothes and shoes
Yes they do, but inventory changes depending on what customers sale to them
Yes, the area has a lot of foot traffic and people in the neighborhood, especially on the weekends though.
Hi Maria, We buy in clothing depending on style, condition and what or customers are currently shopping for. Generally, our customers tend to shop for more casual styles. Though, if you’re cleaning out your closet, bring in your items to your nearest Buffalo and one of our buyers would be more than happy to take a look! We pay out 30% of our selling price in cash or 50% in store credit, on the spot. We hope to see you in the store soon! Best, Savy
