Impatient employees. All I wanted to do was redeem my birthday reward on 7/31/22 but it felt like I had to take 20 steps just to do so. The website wasn't working when I clicked on the link to order direct from the email. Then the girl at the register kept rushing and talking fast and at one point made me stand to the side so she could take care of other customers. Then the man she called.ovwr talked down to me saying I needed to download the app and that "he can't just give it to me" because I showed him the email. Love Potbelly but WILL NOT be returning to this location.

The Oatmeal Chocolate 🍫 Chip Cookies 🍪 and the Double Chocolate 🍫 Brownie Cookies 🍪 are the best I’ve ever had. This location in particular seems to be larger than most other Potbelly Sandwich shops I’ve been. It even has a second floor, although it was closed during my visit. I normally stop by just to grab some cookies to go‼️😋 Oh yes, they sell sandwiches too.😃

Had a big pickup order. They got everything right. Besides 1 bag of chips but it’s okay! Asked for extra avocado too and they definitely did! Thank you! Will be back to this potbelly for sure!

Wreck on wheat is the best sandwich!!!!!! Soup and salad meal are perfect. Powerhouse salad with Chicken pot pie soup , you cant go wrong!!!!!!Sandwich, salad, and soup. Nothing like Potbelly. Thank you for the lovely review, T! Peace, Love & Potbelly
