There’s always time for a stroll through this historic park sitting just off the main drag in Saratoga. Greek statues and winding hills combine with arty reflecting pools to drizzle some nineteenth century vibes, and the benches and ducks and carousel cast the verdant setting as a family retreat from the regional hustle. Visit the museum at the center or have a long chat catching up with an old friend. Ice cream close by…

A lovely place, very pretty, quiet when I went, and a place I'd love to visit again. We tried out the different spring waters here. I wouldn't recommend it too much, the water at the state park just down the road is what you're looking for. All great nonetheless!

This place is so relaxing. An oasis within the city. Such a great for the family or just for a jog. Pet friendly and clean, except when people do not clean up after themselves. Love this place! Go

lots of ducks, but you can't feed em?? overpopulated I guess(according to signs) .....DUDE..send them to local restaurants.. duck is amazing!! let people feed the ducks.. bullies.. not nearly as big as the tourist sites make it out to be.. you won't spend more than 40min - 1hr at most..

Okay. I am glad I asked because there are no "no fishing" signs around the park as far as I saw when I walked around the park.
Feeding the ducks is NOT permitted. There are reasons for rules & guidelines for things even if you do not understand them. They could be wrong, but if they thought it was good to feed the ducks, then the sign would say, "Please feed the ducks". Lol. I believe the signs say something about them having to get rid of ducks when the population goes up as a result from people feeding them. Not sure how they get rid of them, but please don't be part of the problem. It's so nice to see the ducks doing their thing and occasionally walk up to you to investigate, but it would be sad if the ducks were aggressively pursuing people for food. Let's try to have some self control and keep the balance good for the ducks health & the people enjoying the ducks. ;-)
