The owner, Adam, is extremely kind and was always willing to work with us on delivery timing. We will definitely be ordering again whenever we visit St. Pete, as well as placing online orders for our future travel destinations! P.S. Our fave was the sour ,blue raspberry gummies.

H & H provides customer service like no other. I placed my order online and not only did I receive my order confirmation I also received a separate email from Adam, the owner. As a first time customer he reached out to welcome me and to see if I had any questions. He did this personally, this was not an automatic computer generated email. I received my order quickly but there was an error. That's OK, we all make mistakes, it's how we handle it that counts. I emailed Adam directly to inform him of the error, mind you it was well after 5 pm so I didn't expect a response till the next day. This wasn't the case, I had a reply within 10 minutes from Adam himself. He apologized Immensely and said he'd get what was missing right out. I had the rest of my order in 2 days. As far as the products go, I'm very pleased. I got some CBD oil for my senior dogs. Within 3 days they are again able to jump up on my bed. Not that jumping on my bed is a good thing, it's the fact they can again. I also got CBD oil for my husband. We got our second covid shot yesterday. When we got home we each took some oil and some vitamin b 12 drops, neither of us became ill from the shot as others have reported. Our 30 year old son did not that the oil or B 12 and he is currently sick and in bed from his shot. I really think the oil and b 12 helped us. I will continue getting our product from H & H and I will suggest then to others. Next time I'm in the St. Pete area I will stop in their store and say Hi! I feel safe in telling all, you can buy with confidence from Healthy Hemp Outlet!
