Thank you to the staff at Village Cycles in Brownwood. This morning I stopped by with my husband's walker. The left brake was giving him problems and wasn't engaging correctly. We were concerned because the walker would move on him as he tried to lock the brakes and sit down. Everyone I encountered in the shop was pleasant, helpful and understanding. They assured me that they could adjust the walker and had it fixed in a couple of hours. My sincere thanks for a job well done and for helping to keep my husband mobile.

I ordered my Specialized Stumpjumper Comp on the Specialized website and had it shipped to them as a retailer throughout the process they took their time to keep me heavily updated. Within a day of the bike hitting the shop they had it built and gave me a call. Wendy at the front counter is very nice and took care of me. I later went back to buy one of the GT Talon's for my girlfriend because of how good the service was. I recommend this cycle shop, great selection of accessories and bikes.
