We received terrible customer service at Midgard and they are very expensive. We finally moved our things to another storage facility and are saving over $25 for a larger unit. The reason we moved is because we were locked out of the storage. The next day, we called and were told that our card expired. This was NOT true and we were paid up in full. Our next charge was to be charged the NEXT day. They locked us out BEFORE the charge was due. When we went in to inquire, we were treated poorly and the woman yelled at us. We are glad to be at another facility!
