Horrendous.. dinner time and out of extra crispy .. how is that possible .. it’s like going to McDonald’s and they are out of Big Macs .. rude service and and ice cream truck shows up , the workers left the store to get ice cream. Not sure who owns this franchise, but you have some problems. I’m switching to Popeyes.. I was holding out, but this was the last straw .

I seriously cannot believe what happened at this location. My fiance pulled up to the speaker and the lady immediately says, "just to let you know we only have wings left" so my fiance says ok, I'll take wings, mashed potatoes and wedges. Then she responds "we don't have any sides" so he asks "you don't have any sides at all?" She responds "we only have wedges". So he says "I'll take all the wings and wedges you can sell me" to which she responds "I'm sorry we're closed" I AM STILL IN SHOCK This is why we haven't been to KFC in almost a decade.

went to drive thru at 6pm.ordered a bucket of fried chicken . girl says they're out of chicken! They're KF C . this place is the worst. the coli9nal sanders would be turning in his grave

KFC in Pleasantville NJ is terrible! I paid for my order and was instructed to pull up my vehicle to the entrance for delivery. I waited five minutes then ten minutes at sixteen minutes I was done! Fast food as slow as molasses! I walked in and got my money back less the drink. I LOVE KFC but not this one! Since the old manager is no longer there their service has become abominable. If you have any interest in getting some chicken relatively quickly for your money don't go here.

Drive through only and wear a mask
Unless the management and employees have changed over the last 3 months, I'd strongly suggest going elsewhere because your request would be too overwhelming for them to comprehend, let alone successfully complete.
