They didn't have the right replacement pho ne I needed and I had to go to all of the other at&t stores and they don't have them either so the last one suggested I get one from Walmart or Best Buy. I finally ended up calling the customer service number and ordering it from them and explained the problem and told him the screen has some cracks in it from a few months prior but the screen starting to fall out just happened the previous day. The guy at the Dorset St store said the warranty wouldn't be voided due to the crack's so when I told customer service that, the guy said that the screen falling out wouldn't have anything to do with the warranty! I don't know if I can believe him but my last option was to order one because I didn't want to get one from Walmart or Amazon and have it be the wrong one! When I save enough money though I'm thinking about going to Verizon and checking out their prices!

I let my pay as you go account lapse and had no help from online customer service getting it reinstated. Abigail was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me keep my phone number. Excellent customer service thanks to her.
