Mehroosh did a phenomenal job of helping me pick out the right blazer and the best fit. She went above and beyond in educating me on my options. She was a pleasure to work with!

Decent selection of clothing items. (I only shopped the ladies section). Clean store. Pleasant staff. Not the Macy's of years past. A shell of its fomer self. The mall it's attached to is basically dead and somewhat creepy. I'll return to shop here, but I won't bother frequenting any other mall stores.

Love to shop at Macy's, specially when there is a sale going on, and I have a coupon for extra discount. Usually I find what I need. Good brands, fashionable and trendy products.

It's just hard to find a clerk- but once we did she was amazing. My mom is 80 and dealing with chemo and wanted some pretty things and the clerk let her into the sale next Thursday which will save my mom money and let her have the pretty clothes. I'm sorry I didn't get the sales clerk name but she was wonderful.
