Love doing drive-ups at Target. Recently did a drive-up and was told that I needed to pull up because they were getting the order together. I could see some of my order, but went ahead and followed directions. After 20 mins I called the Target to say hey what's going on. I was greeted by Mr. Save the day - Davinche! He actually came outside and figured out my order was there the ENTIRE time, but an associate forgot to notify the drive-up team it was there. I appreciated the transparency from Davinche and him actually loading the items to my car when that wasn't his role. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and that is what Target stands out for....Customer Service. I am sure in the future this won't happen since they will be extra careful, but THANK YOU DAVINCHE for not playing the blame game and taking ownership. 😉

This Target has great service, and everything you’d need. They recently updated their beauty section, and now has a grab-and-go snack checkout by the front! The Starbucks isn’t usually too busy which is nice, and while there is no wine corner like some super targets have, there is still a great selection of alcohol and wine in the grocery section.

Went there early in the morning to do some shopping for my wife and as I went to go look for some medicine being that she’s been sick, I asked the pharmacist who was there if she had a particular medication being that I didn’t have a clue if they had more in stock Her reply was “Yes” but I’m not open till nine though 🤷🏽‍♂️“ that left me confused because she didn’t allow me to ask which actual medication I was having a hard time looking for on the aisle where the medication is normally stored? Now if she would’ve at least done me a small favor of checking for that medicine I would’ve waited an extra half hour or 45 minutes? but it goes to show you it takes just a second or two to be helpful to loyal customers like myself that come in and out of target 🤷🏽‍♂️
