Not a fan. Customer service was great. Our waitress was very nice and she checked on us. The manager also went around and asked everyone how they were doing. Cleanliness..the place was cleaned so I did appreciate that. There was no wait time for us. Food..my fried pickles were crispy yet full of oil Fries…they give u a basket with little to no fries Burger…my burger was burnt. I couldn’t enjoy it.

Great meal at Red Robin as always. The burgers are amazing and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and service is prompt. Personally recommend the vanilla milkshake, it’s smooth and delicious and the Southern burger with steak fries (sides are refillable), so if you’re hungry, they will just keep bringing them up.

Been here with my family a Guy names Mario he explain to us the menu, you can order different sides no extra cost and the drinks as well you can change even the lemonades that oder places don’t offer refill they even give us to go. For a family of 5 we pay $123 tax included we get wings and motzarella sticks for appetizer. We have a great experience. See you guys soon and 5 Stars for Mario

There should be a "not helpful at all" option. I guess next time I will will need to muster up half a thought and ask for another drink... it's nice to know that "the coke is good". But at least I can honestly say thank you heather for a reasonable response... I gave you a like girly.

Not currently, they are looking into adding bison and Kobe and it is avail in certain locations as a trial; but not at this location yet. They do have many amazing specialty burgers, including turkey and chicken burgers if that helps.
