She purposely handed me our food knowing it was wrong. I could tell by the way her face was when she handed it to me. It should have been right especially since we were waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes

This location gets 5 stars because of their cleanliness as well as the accuracy and speed of my order. Now let’s talk about the food, one word - FRESH. It tasted how Burger King used to taste back in the day, if you know then you know. This was a true charcoal burger, it was great!

Poor Service! Yesterday I waited nearly 1 HOUR & 20 MINUTES for 5 Junior Whopper burgers! One justification they gave to many costumers that were also waiting for their meals, and many people was inside the restaurant and very unhappy with the situation, but the justification was that the system deletes the orders after a certain time, to prevent orders being active when employees forget to delete them. Then the restaurant didn't have Nuggets!? How? The gave 3 options to choose from, Extra chips, cheese fingers or Jalapeno, I've made my choices, but after a long wait and when they delivered my burgers was missing one, and from the different choices I've made they delivered all wrong! They also delivered the burgers without Bacon's, how? Because I took the meals to the Hotel nearby I didn't notice on time. The drinks machine didn't have Ice and many kinds of drinks, like Lemon drink. Restaurant didn't have Straws, how?! I'm from Portugal, have been dozens of times is USA and never had so Bad experience in a restaurant like this one!

I just left this burger king, I work at the hotel right next door, i waited for 20 min for my food then it was wrong, then another 8 min for them to fix it for me to get back to the hotel and my onion rings were cold and my burgers was smashed. I tried to call the number on line and it didn't work. I wish i would have taken a picture. the food and my service was so nasty i don't even want a refund please take my $13 and use it for proper training. I work at the hotel next door and i will not be recommending any of my guest to this BK
