The sandwich was great. Last time the fries were burnt and gross. Which was a shame because I had driven my family there from Melbourne to check the place out. This time (just me) they were perfect. Odd. When they were burnt I was told that "They use them for nachos, too". Now that is different? Bottom line, burnt fries are tacky. You have the potential to be great. Don't sell them. Tighten up your game. Fries go on a lot of plates, they should be perfect every time. Consistency matters. Love the place, Great service. I'll be back, but my wife won't eat there anymore.

Great food (my favorite is the Chicken Sandwich! I don't even like sandwich and I like this sandwich!), great servers (very friendly and knowledgeable!). One of my favorite casual hangouts in Ivanhoe area. I used to go before it moved to this location, and it's even better than it was! Great happy hour as well!

Great food and drink menu. A lot of local faire. This place fits the vibe of the area. Must go.

Just loved it. My girls took me for my birthday. I remember for years this was Brian's Restaurant and now it's Gnarly Barley the food was great and a fun place to go.
