I usually don't say anything on Google, but I'm officially tired of horrible service. I will never go back here again. I waited 45 minutes 😩 and the pedicure was trash and then the guy threw 😒 paint on my toes ... a kindergarten could have done better. It's so sad we pay 40 - 50 dollars 💸 for horrible service. I will try and add a picture 📸. Once again I rarely say anything.

I've been going to this salon since it opened, but I had never experienced what I experienced yesterday. I went with my mother, we both requested the same type of pedicure and I asked for regular manicure 1. Two guys came to do our pedicures, the one who was assisting me opened the pack of the products he was going to use on me, the guy assisting my mother said something to him in their native language and started using stuff from my pack. They charged for 2 separate pedicure and wanted to use 1 pack for both of us??2. They both did a super sloppy job, they weren't even cleaning off the previous nail polish from our nails, my mother and I had to keep telling them to do things right. 3. The one assisting me decided to walk away from me after finishing the pedicure, then came back to tell me to wait for another lady to do my manicure. I told him nevermind why should I wait for someone else if you are the one servicing me, he left to take a customer who wanted acrylics.

I've been going to this nail shop for a couple of years now. Great service literally every time. I always go as soon as they open, it's always quiet and clean. My favorite has become the Lemon 🍋 pedicure OMGEEEEEEEEE 😍 The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Love it here. ❤

I came in for a pedicure and a full set. They took me very quickly despite being a walk-in which I was grateful for. The man servicing me did my pedicure and it was great. All is well at this point. It went downhill when we get to my nails. The same man was doing my acrylic set, I showed him my reference photo and he got to work. I noticed that his application was weird, it looked runny and globs of acrylic were falling off which I had never seen a nail tech do before but I decided to trust the process. He shaped the nails and they were a little stubbier than I wanted but at that point it would be difficult to go back and add length so I stayed quiet. Then the design. I asked for a blue french tip like in the photo and this is what I got. I really have no idea where the white came from. It’s uneven and just does not look good in my opinion. I really tried to trust the process but I wasn’t happy with the outcome. However it took so long that I did not want to sit there for longer while they fixed it, and I also did not want to make a scene so I paid and left. I spent the next 10 minutes in the parking lot calling my friends and asking if I’m overreacting or if I should go back inside and ask them to fix it. I decided to walk back in and very nicely told the gentleman that I did not like my nails. I asked if they could refund the money I spent on just the nails and before I could finish my sentence he said he would not refund me. To be fair to them, they do have a piece of paper taped to the desk that includes their refund policy, however it was my first time there and I did not see it or read it. Again, not wanting to make a scene I left. I understand if they would rather redo the nails or remove them instead of giving the money back but the fact that their nail tech did not do a good job and all they cared about was pocketing the money instead of making sure the customer was taken care of is just wrong. I am a very easygoing person and never write negative reviews but I feel like people need to see this before coming here.
