Place is really nice and so is the staff but I don't like that what I asked for got ignored or rather they didn't want to do it. I'm paying for something ; I paid 115 and couldn't even get what I wanted . May go again but hope they're willing to listen to client.

As a business owner for over 30 years in 16 states, getting manicures and pedicures every other month is a necessity for me. This BY FAR WAS THE WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER. I think they thought because I was a male I didn't know the procedures and techniques of good nail service, or just didn't care. My regular nail tech for the past 4 years move back to her hometown so I was looking for a new tech. I told the owner of the salon this when I set my appointment. It was clear to me that instead of setting me the an experienced nail tech they sat me with a tech with not so much. I didn't complain, I did leave a tip, but not my normal 30% tip either. SHAME ON IMAGE NAILS & SPA FOR THIS NAIL ABUSE!

Beautifully decorated salon! Fish tank upon entry! Priced reasonably! No exfoliation in regular pedicure! Must get specialty pedicure for exfoliation. I'll consider returning.

I’ve been going to Image for 12 years. I don’t make appointments because all of the staff are excellent! Rarely do I have to wait. Trina is a great manager and nail artist. I highly recommend this salon. I moved and tried other places but I’ve returned, make the drive, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
