At first I thought I had found a great company for our business logo. However that quickly changed. After a couple of emails back and forth with Richella Georgette, I noticed the attention wasn't the same. From the way she responded to one of my last emails it was obvious that she hadn't really read the content of my email. So I proceeded to email her again asking to set up a phone call realizing that email was clearly not working. Including, the fact that two weeks had passed by and was yet to receive a quote I had asked for. Finally she responded being very dismissive. Basically telling me that they are very busy with high-end web clients like the "Buccaneers" having very little left over time with clients like me and then indirectly commented we should take our business elsewhere. I was definitely shocked, mind you she is the Marketing Director. Terrible customer service!

If your company does not plan on being found on google and isn't worried about optimizing your website, then using those services are completely fine. Visual Realm builds every website with google's newest algorithm changes in mind. Google changes their algorithm on a very regular basis, so staying on top of those changes is imperative to keeping your company on top of search engines, for that reason we believe our web design is a step above DIY services.

Google ranks websites by a complex, ever changing algorithm in order to consistently provide the best and most fair results for their users. There are no tricks or short-cuts to high ranking SEO.
