The dry out of my basement was fine. They came when they said they would and they set up their equipment and took it away without an issue. Then, I got the invoice which did not accurately reflect the work that was done at my house. I was charged for services that were not provided. I was livid and contacted the company. “As a courtesy,” they removed many of the services that I complained about from my invoice. I felt cheated and scammed and I would not use them again. If you are going to use this company, I recommend watching them closely and taking notes/ pictures on what services they are providing so that you aren’t charged for more than they did.
