The entire crew that worked on our home was fantastic. From start to finish, they helped make a very horrible situation, not so horrible. They were thoughtful, thorough, kept me informed at each step and were completely kind and respectful of how devastating this flood damage was to me. I cannot say enough good things about ServPro and the team that was at our home for a week! Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
