Very rude worker in food court today 6/23/2022 she refused to give her name after pushing a cup at me and telling me “ to have a nice day” when I did not understand why she was not giving me the icee I ordered, she just repeated that again. Apparently you were out of that flavor and that is how she let me know. She told me to go to customer service to get a refund. You would think paying $ 50.00 a year to shop there your customer service could be at minimum cordial. No excuse for that rudeness I was not rude to her in anyway. I just thought you would like to know. Thank you.

I always find myself surprised by the high-quality produce and meat selection. They always have things I need in stock, and the prices are great. As expected, the quantities are huge. There is almost always a check out lane available when I go, and I don't usually wait in line.

The store is immaculately clean. The prices are about the same as they are in NY. The store is fully stocked and well-maintained. The staff is friendly too. Not too many cashiers available at check out but the wait wasn't long. Overall, very nice store.

This Sam's club is identical to the Ohio locations. pleasantly surprised as I could find what I needed quickly, especially in this time if severe Coronovirus. Store was very well stocked and clean. Employees were friendly and efficient. Very big down side, absolutely no social distancing. NONE. The photos will show. Govenor needs to do something . Sam's needs to limit people inside. Today I wore masks and visor for extra protection, which definitely needed here. Stay safe.

Customer service offers one day trial passes , I believe. Also you can get a temporary day pass if you've forgotten your card. As well, they can immediately present you with a new card if yours is lost or stolen.
Go to customer service and they will do a new one for you
I believe it differs from location to location. Check with your local Sam's Club for details.
No they don't.
No. It means the store is not producing enough money to satisfy the stockholders. This is either due to price, location and/or products available; which are not attracting the consumers. Ty

There where specials on Groupon recently, or just walk through the door and buy a membership
Yes they do plus many others
As long as you have your Sam's card they will look it up. If no receipt you will get store credit. Ty
Yes. Plus other immunizations
You would need to call. But if the tires are road worthy and not bald I see no problem.
Membership Renewal is due, once a year.
This problem has been fixed. I noticed that if the temperature drops even a few degrees the freezers are closed to ensure all items are sold correctly

Refrigerated soups ($8 to $11 for a quart) and in the pantry section are individuals but sell in case.
