It's hard to rate this launch since there are so few on this side of the canal. Honestly the slab is usable but very long and shallow with a high likelihood of trailer/boat damage if you're not on your game. The south side of the slab drops off 2+ feet to rocks, and the north side is usually half buried in large round rocks. With no courtesy dock the options are grim for a fiberglass boat (or a clean aluminum if you hate dents) unless you have a second driver for a 2 person launch. Usually the wind runs across the slab from the north, and the chop comes from the stern, if you have shallow splash wells it's pretty easy to get a bit wet. The combination of average sea state and wind makes smaller boats a bit bouncy and wet, while the slab condition/angle makes larger boats a bit tougher. All that said, it's another 10-20 miles any direction for a mud bank, or proper launch with public access on the east side of the canal. If you want to launch from the Eastside and run between Ayock, Bangor and Dabob it's your best/only option so at least it exists.

A favorite place to put in by a lot. Easy access, ample parking, friendly boaters, great views.

State park decal required. Short distance from Scenic Beach state park. Shallow boat launch no dock Lots of boat trailer parking. Amazing views.

Big boat launch... plenty of parking. There's even a huge lot across the street for overflow.

The Seabeck boat ramp only requires a discover pass to launch your boat. Be very mindful of the weather and tides when you launch your boat as the ramp is not in terrific shape.
