It's not finished yet but it is still awesome there is a park there are picnic pavilions there is a walking trail boat ramp fishing dock plenty of parking. Great place to spend the day with family!

Free to use. Launched a kayak and paddled up an almost deserted river. Peaceful and tranquil !!

I didnt see any signs saying no dogs so I'd say yes. Keep in mind there are gators in the river and the sound of a splashing dog can attract them. I would be extremely careful about it
