I've been a client here for over 5 years. switched over from the traveling clinics when they stopped coming to polk county a few years ago. I think most of the negative reviewers are confusing this business with the TRAVELING petvet clinics. This is a standalone business associated with but not the same business as the traveling clinics. these guys dont travel to other locations like their traveling name-sharers but they provide excellent quality care, build connections with the animals, and genuinely care for their well-being! and they are super nice to their human customers too! from the looks of the website, they dont seem to be in connection to the traveling clinics at all anymore(except in name), which may or may not have an effect on pricing but either way, this is a great group of people working very hard for your pet's well-being.

I have never been to a better vet. My dog was misdiagnosed by lovett and I spent over $1000 on medication trying to treat what was wrong with her. I bring her to pet vet and Dr. Hendry figured it out right away and got the treatment started. Will never go to another vet!

Didn't bother to show up at all and never called. Had to contact them to see why they stood up the many people waiting for them. They lied saying their vet was "out of town" and no one was informed. We confirmed this was a lie as they managed to go to all other stops but ours. They promised our clientele a discount on their next visit to make up for their mistake and neglect. They then called and quit saying they no longer wanted to travel out here even though they have other stops within 5 miles. All of the clients promised a discount are now furious and have put a bad mark on OUR business due to your pathetic lack of professionalism.
