My wife visited India Bazaar last night i.e. may 31st 2022 20:45 thru 21:00 at closing time. At the yogurt and dosa batter isle, a black guy approached her from the freezer section and kept asking her to give him $10 bus fare to get home. He tried to intimidate her. She politely refused and bought her stuff. She did not realize that she was being accosted for money, until she came and told me in the car. Please take care of security for the shoppers especially at closing time at the back of the store. Rest everything is great with the store, we have been shopping here since the day this place opened to the public. Haven't experienced this till yesterday at this store.

I purchased alphonso mangoes from India Bazar and 8/12 mangoes condition like this. I told Richardson customer service manager she told me she will give exchange but I want refund because mangoes taste are not sweet and watery. When I asked refund she blocked my number. From manager behavior I felt like IB don’t think about customer.
