They don’t take debit or credit …Again, our store in Dallas and you are in Houston, we are not McDonald next door, someone will call you to fix your problem we have contractors and we can not control their schedule, you just need to be patient, everything been hard to deal with during covid, you bought the sectional with a tiny hole on the side and you were aware of it before you purchase it and you got $200 Disscount on that, as far as the button it will be fixed as soon as the contractor set up an appointment again we don’t have control of it.
