I called for an estimate on a complete timing belt job on a gold wing young lady tells me she has to tear it down to give me a price. Are you kidding me I want a price on the tensioner and belt and any other corresponding parts that it needs. I’m sorry I don’t do it that way she says. You’re either lazy Or don’t know your job. I myself have been a service manager for 20 years. You lost a very good paying job and potential customers. I can see why your ratings are 3.2. This is also how the shop gets you in the door quote the cheapest price possible on just a belt and then add everything else once they get in there I never ran my shop that way. Bait and switch. Be honest and quote the complete job. Seals, gaskets, bets, components, tensioner etc. I wanted it ALL done!!! All well. Next

I have a 2006 Honda Shadow. When I bought the bike I took it to Jude to sort it out and change all fluids. great work at a fair price. I also sold my old bike to her. All went well and I will bring my bike back for service. Bob

She's a fraud. I took my atv to get fixed there a few months ago. paid her over 1,300 hundred dollar she told me that, that would get my atv back running. atv was still not running when i got it back. She's a Thief ! Find another place to get your work done.

this is a email that i sent this week and i have called and all i get are vm and i called from my home phone and she hangs up on me.... bashing time!!!! Good day judith From last we spoke about a week ago I have called to back and you have not returned my calls at all One. I'm still having problems with the 1997 GXSR 600 I remember the day I walked into your shop for you do service my 1987 YSR 50 and you had the 600 there and my Curiosity got the better of me asking about the 600 you have made it clear to me that the 600 it was ready to roll out the door with no problems whatsoever and I asked you to take a test driving around and you told me know no which is completely understandable so I confiding in you and your trust that the bike was in good running condition. So now the time has come for me to pick up the bike the GXSR 600 so I go to the shop I pick up the bike I drive it all the way home I get home with the bike not even one day me having the bike at my house I called you up because the bike started hesitating on starting up you gave me some suggestions on what it might be and nothing then I told you I would like to bring the bike back so you could fix whatever's wrong with it because I feel like you sold me a bad bike you told me that I would need to pay for an assessment for the bike because you need to figure out what's wrong with it now why should I have to pay for something that you said was 100% ready to roll out the door in working condition and you want me to pay for an assessment on the bike that you said was 100% ready to roll that's wrong of you technically I still am a paying customer you still have my YSR 1987 50 at your shop and also been trying to call you because I want to know when it's done so that way I can go pick it up I gave you $1100 and the balance is $700 to pick up the bike now I'm leaving town soon and I still have a bike that's not running and you still have my other bike in your shop that's still being worked on. I called New York State dmv and the title is on the way for the YSR 50 red and white. You know what the sad thing is that I had posted your information on my FB and Twitter so people I know in Orlando have a place to bring there bikes in for service and now I feel like I been stuck in the back with a 12 inch blade. Please reply or call me back 407======== I had added a video and some pictures from the oil leaks and a small video on what the bike is not doing which is starting up Thanks
