We used to have no issues but have tried to drop off items several times in the past two years only to arrive several hours before close to be turned away.

Find somewhere else to donate unwanted items. The people that work at this location are lazy and rude. Three cars pulled up with me 6-7 minutes prior to 5 PM and we were all forcefully told we would not be serviced, despite the sign on the door saying SERVICE HOURS 9-5 pm. One of the employees used profanity at me when I brought the time to his attention and said they need the last few minutes to take the trash out. By the way, we all stayed until 5 and didn’t see them take the trash out. In fact they just went and say in their cars (red SUV, gold Toyota) until we left. I hope management actually deals with this issue and doesn’t blow it off. After all, we are not only the customer but the supplier.
