Excellent service from the people there. Obvious understaffing problem, but the people who were staffed were wonderful. Find a few more folks so your customers aren't left holding sick children who peed on them and a dog for 20 minutes waiting for some meds.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Dr Manzoor was unethical and totally neglected my cat. Not only did he not check her properly and sent her home (she had several infections and an exposed quick that was very painful), he also gave her a vaccine I did not approve, want or need. On top of that, I only found out about it when I reviewed the invoice! I am still waiting for management to call me back. Left voicemails, called,... nothing. Clearly the problem is rampant at this practice where they do not care for the pets or the owners at all. Avoid going there at all costs!

UNETHICAL!!! I have the Banfield Wellness Plan with dental. Today, I went to have my dog get dental cleaning. From my knowledge the blood work needs to be performed before anesthesia which is included in the plan. My dog had a little bit of elevation so they prescribed medication. After I got home, Banfield called me saying that I owe them around $180 for the blood work they did today. Why is that when it's covered under a wellness plan? It looks like 2 blood work is performed every year under the plan and this is the 2nd bloodwork that was performed for dental cleaning. If my dog's blood work comes abnormal every year doing dental cleaning then i'd be out of pocket an extra $180 per year which is absurd!! They told me that since the dental cleaning was not completed I have to pay for the cost of the bloodwork. This is not true. I've had this exact same incident where my dog had high elevation so we had to postpone the dental cleaning and did not pay any fees. After about a month or 2 of waiting, I went back and got the dental cleaning for my dog. I did not get charged then. Be very careful dealing with this place and make sure you understand fees that you are paying. 1 blood work is done every year under diagnostic and next blood work is under dental so read your wellness plan.. <-- this coverage is under active care plus members. EDIT: THEY SENT THE BILL TO THE COLLECTION WITHOUT ANY NOTICE NOR GIVING ME ANY CLEAR EXPLANATION. CALLED THEM AND TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND THEY LEFT THE OFFICE WITH ME HANGING ON THE PHONE. WOW PURE EVIL STAY AWAY!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: β’ Vaccinations β’ Dental Care β’ Parasite Control β’ Nutritional Counseling β’ Behavioral Counseling β’ Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you donβt have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
