Excellent store! My only complaint is that during my last two visits, one side of the escalators was broken. There are a lot of stairs, especially for someone with difficulty walking. However; I did learn there is an elevator at the back of the store. On a positive note, there are three floors of books and bookish things! I was like a kid in a candy store. There isn't a lot of staff, that I noticed, but there are three floors to cover. The staff I did interact with were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

It was really hard to find parking near by, but the store was bustling with customers. The staff, including the barista in the café were all very pleasant and helpful. (They all had masks on too). The store is very well stocked with books and other products. I found everything I was looking for and more. I purchased a lot of great books, a beautiful, strong cotton B&N carry bag and a cute tile matching game. And even the bathroom was clean.

I’ve been visiting this Barnes and Noble since I was a teenager. I’m happy to share this safe place with my now toddler. A place to go to get your mind off of everything and to be surrounded stories unlike you’re own. I hope she has as many great memories here as I did!

I am grateful we still have Barnes and Noble in center city! So glad to it has survived ...And staff are doing their best to provide excellent service ...despite pandemic related challenges. They bring their sunshine to the store. They are very worthy of our patronage and support.

You could also call the store directly.
