Elyssia was awesome. Very professional and informative. They should have a separate line or self serve kiosk for returning equipment. Apparently you can make a reservation- had I known I would have. The wait, however, was not very long three people ahead of me moved quickly.

Had to wait for 4 people in front of me, which is not bad considering the other times I tried to come here. I'm not waiting with 10 people in line, so I'd leave and stop by at another time. It took 3 trips before I decided the line was short enough. The customer service representative was great, took care of me quickly as I just wanted out of there as the line had grown to 15 people (only 3 representatives working). Frustrated with a long line and not enough representatives.

Great Service from Mary who helped me evaluate the saving in transferring over three lines from ATT. I changed my monthly expense from $175 to $74. She also helped me with the purchase of one new phone, the exchange of an old one and the transfer of data from one of the original three to the new one. She and a few of her colleagues made sure that everything ended smoothly even after a few technical glitches occurred in the process. I am very happy with the service I received at this location.

My wife and I had an excellent service experience with Angel at this location. We were switching two phones from Verizon, doing data transfers, and buying a new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the plans and products, and guided us through every step in the process with patience and good humor. It seems like a very well run store in general. If you go, ask for Angel and he will help you with your needs.
