My appointment was at 2.30, I came 30 minutes earlier. Was waiting whole 2 hours and only one person was ahead. I understand, this is a program, not insurance, but it’s not a reason to be rude. Specially, if you not feeling well. Very stressful. The receptionist was nice. Here I am, few months later ( May 18th ) Waiting time for appointments been improved, thanks! Receptionist still nice, but the same cannot be said of my doctor. I stand by my words.
DANG UYEN
Terrible, I came there in April and i paid for my shot, and now in December they sent me a mail said I’m own money and I have to pay. It happens 2 times already. Last time I came and they said I’m own there money too. What wrong with them? I’m don’t want they mess up my credit and waste time to call them again and again. So terrible. Luckily I’m got my receipt to show them but It took 2 hours to figure out what going on.

I was terrified before my first visit today because of all of the snotty reviews here. I have never had such a wonderful experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The medical assistant was thorough and kind. The nurse was friendly and made my experience easy and comfortable. I am proud that they are in Pinellas Park and so close to home. Thanks!
