Completely unprofessional. Set up an appointment 4 weeks ago to have our internet installed today. They gave us a window of 1-5pm. Checked multiple times to confirm. 4:30 rolls around and I hear nothing. I call customer service to make sure they are still coming. I’m told I’m next on the list with dispatch and will be getting a call when the installer is coming over. 5:30pm rolls around, still nothing. I call again and am told I am next on the list. I say that I’ve already been waiting for 4 and a half hours and am moving into a new house, so I ask for an ETA. They call “dispatch” and I am told my install has been canceled and they need to reschedule. I hear another customer service representative laughing in the background, so clearly they just canceled the install just to spite me. They say the earliest date they can reschedule is for a week later. Meanwhile, my wife and I work at home and need internet. Suffice it to say, this is some of the most unprofessional treatment that I have ever faced as a consumer and Frontier should be ashamed of themselves. Congratulations- I guess you don’t want my money. You just lost yet another customer and I am calling your corporate office.

Current customer bill goes up all the time. Now at 193.00. Retired have to cut down with gas and food prices. Can't get thru customer service line when i do can't seem to get help. Our local office isclosed

Canceled my services weeks ago. Called today to see what to do with my equipment. They had no record of me canceling and charged me for an extra month. No sense of management with this company. I regret ever signing up for services with this company. Spectrum is was easier to deal with and their services are much better including public wifi hotspots and a mobile app that actually works. Worst experience ever. We were even hit twice with a credit check because they couldn't find our account and install date when we signed up. After hours of phone calls the technician just shows up one day. Horrible Service.

Most dysfunctional company I've ever worked with. After waiting two weeks to get service set up I called in about the gift card in Amazon prime for year I was promised by the sales woman. The woman told me that, I would not receive Amazon prime and then shut my service off with no warning. Now they are telling me they are going to charge me a full billing cycle although I had service for 6 days. Every phone employee lied or just didn't know the correct information. After the employee canceled my service without telling me, I called back in and was told she didn't make "notes" that she turned off the service so I would be charged for the full month! No duh she didn't make notes, she shut off my service without any warning! This is the wrong way to treat customers. Do not go with this company for your internet service!

Terminating Internet service due to move. Where do I drop off router? I do not want to be charged anymore service fees.

There is no Frontier location in Pinellas County. Store locations are in Brandon, Tampa, Sarasota and Bradenton

Yes, they'll provide a prepaid shipping box, all you have to do is drop it off at a UPS store.

Can't return any equipment at this location, you'd have to go to Brandon or North Tampa to drop it off
