I don’t write reviews but Zack was just awesome, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with our first rental. He even threw in some bottled water for us due to the heat. It’s small but it was a nice touch to quality service which goes far with me. We had such an awesome time. Thanks Zack (Zach?).

Zach/Zack was very knowledgeable and helpful. My eBike was not turning on and I got Same day service. Now I’m back to riding! So happy, will be coming back again for all my eBikes needs.

We rented some ebikes and had a great Sunday-Funday! The store owners Zachary and Fran were super helpful in assisting us with selecting the right type of ride for our preferences. I like a little extra cushion for my rear, so they even upgraded my seat to some sort of magical bike seat that was down-right pleasant for sitting on for a few hours. The bikes are in great condition and seemed to be newer. I even tested out the max speed to see what it could do near a straight part of the trail with less people and got almost near 30mph! So exciting! The battery also lasted much longer than I thought it would. I would say you could get a full days worth of fun out of the single charge. They also showed us how to make the most of our ride by offering some suggestions for exploring since we are a bit new to the area. We wound up going over to Armature Works and zipping around the river walk to explore. There are some other locations with trails nearby and I think they are even thinking of adding an app. We plan to check these out soon. Thanks for a different way to have some fun!

Brought my new ebike in to have it assembled, I didn't have the time nor the tools to do it. My local bike shop wouldn't touch it because it was an ebike. Zach hooked me up. Got it assembled, adjusted, and tuned up in no time. He even did a little research on the internet, and found a way to turn up the mph more. I am very happy with my purchase, and my new ebike shop.
