My dog had better and more compassionate care at the emergency dog hospital than my 87 year old mother is getting at this place. Nurse unavailable and surly- very long response time for needed medication and bathroom needs. Doctor still a mystery person- haven’t seen him/her/ they- getting her out as soon as possible.

I don’t know whether or not 3 stars should be applied on this rating. A once TRUSTED establishment dropped the ball. I was admitted for tests because I fell twice. Everything began slow and the sped up. Dry ring the time so much misunderstanding on the part of your team. I had to sign myself out because the last nurse within a 3 day period dropped the ball majorly. You guys have lost my trust. I went home with the same conditions I came in with and there was no results or compassion. I highly doubt I will ever give you my chance again to be so called caregivers. Anger is just one thing I feel. You dropped the ball.

Waited in the emergency room for about eight hours and was finally called in and put on a bed in the corner of the emergency room for about another two hours prior to getting a room. I had surgery done the next day and could not even find my doctor to tell me how everything went. I wear contacts and did not expect a trip to the emergency room and they did not even have saline solution or a holder for contacts , hence I developed an eye infection. One nurse really went out of her way to find what I needed , thank you ! Since then I have been receiving bills via text message. I called NCH billing and asked to mail a proper bill. Needless to say after about a month I am still waiting for that bill so I can view it.

I had to unexpectedly receive treatment in the ER. at this hospital. I was extremely pleased with the quality and speed of service I received from all of the Staff. I was treated with concern, courtesy and care from every single person. They were willing to reassure myself and my husband and answer all questions. I was confident in their knowledge, and and skill. Thank you to every one of you.

I believe at 9:30 a.m.
His reviews on healthgrades site are mostly positive. A few bad.
They do treat ALS, but you absolutely will not get caring or compassionate Care, nor in a timely manner. They're rude, nasty, mean,.. it's like you're an inconvenience to them, they don't want to be working there, but since they need a paycheck, " the least you can do is be seen and not heard, I will get to you when I feel like it" is the kind of service you'll receive at NCH downtown
Do not go to NCH downtown hospital, you're better off going to Physicians Regional or North Collier hospital, trust me. If you want good, proper, timely care, choose wisely. I promise you won't get it at NCH downtown
It is the BAD BAD hospital THAT I HAVE VISITED IN 10 YEARS THAT I LIVE IN USA, they treat the elderly very badly, they yell at them threatening to get them out of the hospital by calling security, we all have covid plus 8 hours of waiting, they ask what time they go Let's see Dr and Ellow SCREAM let's not give up, the old people say we can't breathe, they answer and what and what, THE WORST PEOPLE I saw in the world working in a hospital, zero education, zero sensitivity for the human being. BAD HOPITAL, NEVER GO TO THE EMERGENCY PLEASE. BUT THERE IS A GOD WHO SEES EVERYTHING.
how do i sign up for the covid virus shot

There's a cafeteria on the second floor
From the gift shop in the main lobby.

Depends on the location you are visiting. If front entrance is closed you can go in through the er. I dont believe there are set visiting hours just quiet time
Patients can be discharged from the hospital at any time, provided that the attending physician has given a discharge order. You may choose to leave the hospital at any time, with or without a discharge order, by telling your nurse you’d like to leave “AMA”. In rare cases where your departure from the hospital would endanger your life and you persist in attempting to leave, you may be forcibly restrained via physical or chemical means until your condition stabilizes. Have a great day!

Just relax.
Emergency room and surgical care or recovery room specialty areas Radiology are good but the staff the CNAs on any of the other floors are worthless my brother was there 10 days and never got a bath
