The ER staff is AMAZING!! Min, Carman, Arlan, Laura, Bill, Cindy, Maureen, Lucas, Maria and so many other incredible individuals including the techs and physicians were so good to me and I wanted to make sure I came on here to let the world know. My treatment there was second to none and I am so grateful to them. My only hope is that they are able to complete their hospital with some sort of psychiatric representation but other than that…outstanding! They genuinely try to do what is best for their patients and I will always be so grateful to them for the treatment they provided during a time that was difficult for me so keep up the good work, ER staff! You’ve made a difference to me.

What a superb and organized hospital… efficient yet warm and comfortable in aura!! Totally awesome and well informed X-ray professional; I ask …. Who leaves one of those ( mammograms) feeling “Its a beautiful life… no worries” simply by the positive persona of the upbeat young gal accommodating Drs order with experienced certainty…… and wearing a beautiful small wooden cross from a departed family member: representing it well!!! Kudos to you for hiring the best Physicians Regional!!!!!

Aside from sitting in a very cold waiting room for over 4 hours before being ushered into Urology for a colonoscopy with Maria Valdez, MD, I was impressed with the entire medical staff. They were all professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind. It was as a wonderful environment in which to have a procedure. I was impressed with how frequently they checked my information. The emailed instructions detailing how to prepare and drink the colonoscopy prep drink was incredibly helpful too. Thank you!

Not entirely sure what is happening with this hospital. A few months ago it was a normal hospital, now it's falling apart. There is no maintenance or cleaning being done in this place. The waiting room for ER has layers over layers or dust. There is no security screening folks who are visiting patients. The back patio is abandoned and filthy. In the room my loved one was in the ceiling had water damage. The floor itself had not been buffed in months. The medical services are at a snail pace. It feels kind of scary to have your loved one here because if this is how the facilities are being kept you wonder what's happening with the medical part as well.
