I need to update this as our experience buying the puppy was good but AVOID THIS PLACE!!! we bought a dog and within two days after welcoming her into our home the dog became so ill. We had our initial puppy consultation with their vet and turns out she has a severe case of pneumonia. We have had little response from petland and the Grace vet! They were either too busy or their response was “not our problem”. We ended up taking her to our own choice of vet where they admitted her into the vet hospital as she is not eating or drinking. NO ONE CARES at Petland nor their “preferred” vet. What a shame as we are absolutely in love with this puppy and are praying she makes it through this. Please avoid as although dogs can get sick, the lack of help and empathy from this place is DISGRACEFUL!!

Colleen was amazing! Helped us through the process of finding our family’s perfect fur baby. She was knowledgeable and personable. She even helped find all the essentials to welcome our pup home. So happy with our beautiful new rottweiler, Daisy. After losing our old man a few weeks ago, the house felt very quiet and lonely. We thought we'd stop by just to look and fell in love with our girl Daisy. It's been a few days and we've been using all of the advise given to us by Jeanette, she was super thorough and talked us through potty training, leash training and had an answer to all of our questions. We haven't had a puppy in the house for over 13 years so me and my family pretty much forgot how we'd potty trained ours in the past but with the advice given she's been doing really well. Her first vet appointment was great, didn't have to pay for a thing and she is completely healthy and happy. Definitely worth it to spend a little extra, At least I know our girl is going to be covered for a long time so it gives us some peace of mind. Thank you Jeanette and everyone in store who gave us great advice, we'll be back in the future for our next additions.
