Worse place ever! Just call it a money pit, if you have good insurance you're there forever. If you're homeless and no insurance your out of there. I filed an appeal and the magistrate said you have 2 hours to release her. They should be charged with insurance fraud. Nurses don't follow doctor orders , Nurse Jen is the worst, only good workers are the techs. Wouldn't even give 1 star.

Great place. All aspects of my stay were good. They were very attentive and responsive to my needs. My only issue were the 1000 piece puzzles. I intend to purchase some 350 piece puzzles and donate them.

Ive been to other treatment centers and this one was by far the worst, a disgusting excuse for a hospital. The staff was cruel and mean, they did everything in their power to make you stay as long as possible, they refused to give certain medications and the doctors were clearly pushing certain medications in order to benefit their own pockets. This place has no reason at all to be called a “hospital”, it is merely a place for collecting money from insurance and pharmaceutical companies. It’s disgusting that they pretend to be a treatment center. This business should be shut down as soon as possible and I will do everything in my power to make that a reality.

I would give fewer stars if I could! It's very telling that the organization only responds to positive reviews and offers no recompense. Now, I won't say mental health facilities are ever FUN to go to, but they are generally encouraged to feed their patients. In my experience it's also a pretty good idea to let patients who come in with existing prescriptions take that medication. Oh! If you wear glasses they'll be sure to confiscate them for your protection, good luck! Despite the fact that I never consented to treatment, I've been harassed by the billing office over numerous bills. You'd think, that being the case, that they'd be eager to take my calls when I try to settle the amount! Unfortunately I've never been able to talk to a human being on their phone system. One last thing, the outpatient treatment they set you up with, DNA Therapy, is outstandingly bad! After I tried to switch doctors within their organization they refused to fill my prescription, leading to a full relapse of mental illness. If you've got the choice, go elsewhere.

The length of your stay depends on your insurance, period. That is the ONLY factor considered. If you have good insurance…you’re going to be there for as long PR is collecting. I was ready to go on day 4, they started to play games so I called my insurance company. Released the next morning. It’s an insurance racquet, that’s very clear in the reviews.
The essentials.
Rather than simply guiding people towards sobriety, we want to offer education on what addiction is, how it happens, and the process for how abstinence can be achieved and sustained. In order to do this, we are now offering a long-term Inpatient recovery program called RESTO
Major insurance providers accepted include Medicare, Managed Medicaid plans, BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, and more. Our admissions team is available 24/7 to verify your insurance benefits for free. Call us to learn more.
That depends on your insurance. It took a lot of work and effort, but eventually, Florida medicaid and Medicare covered my bill in full
No. No medications are free from side effects
No and they don't even bother to check for other medical conditions such as thyroid disorders, low blood sugar, diabetis or any dangerous medical conditions which should be ruled out, as they can cause symptoms of mental disorders and can be deadly when uncontrolled, before starting patients on dangerous drug combinations. Some of these meds can further exacerbate uncontrolled diabetes landing a person in a comatose state or even , God forbid, death!

It's a recovery facility for mental health and addiction . Not sure about cost. They do accept Medicaid.
There is no voluntary Baker Act. If you are admitted to PR of your own free will you WILL be Baker Acted if you tell the psychiatrist you wish to leave. PLEASE look into Collier and Charlotte County for legitimate facilities. The minimum stay at PR is 7 BUSINESS days. Remember, once you’re admitted you’re “mentally ill”.
I received them when I was there. That was 4 yrs ago. You could call and ask
You may ask them if they have any programs to help. You could contact the county to see if there are any financial aid programs to help. Hope everything works out.
You won’t be admitted to PR.
Who does? Is law enforcement licensed to prescribe pharmaceuticals during a Baker Act?
