We have had a horrible ongoing experience and we will not return. Our sales person gave us consistently incorrect information which resulted in having to spend additional money. Delivery dates were pushed back several times with no communication from the store. Quality is not what it should be for the extreme cost. We wanted a fire table with a vertical tank…Our sales rep sold us a table that required a service call one week after delivery…Of course, it was setup wrong but it also needs a horizontal tank to function properly. More money. After 2 months, every chair has mold on the upgraded, additional cost (yet again) fabric and the protection plan (yep, more money) doesn’t include mold…More incorrect info from our sales rep. The store gave direction on the only way for me to clean the fabric, and after trying this it left a large ring that looks worse than before. Service can’t even be bothered to make a phone call…We received an email with a document stating to throw away fabric that has mold. We were given an option to bring one cushion in to leave with them to try cleaning, which would require minimum 2 weeks. I’m sure it would result in yet even more money on our end. Given the experience we’ve had to date, we have opted to avoid further frustration. We have been nickel and dimed enough and we feel completely screwed. They don’t care. They will never get our business and the only recommendation I can give is to avoid this place. In reply, your response is conveniently inaccurate. I was told that opening a ticket for solutions would result in a call from them with discussion on the issues and what can be done to remedy said issues. Your “Solutions Center” never contacted me except via email. That email included little more than a document stating to throw away upholstery with mold. I will be happy to provide this to you. This document is what prompted my call to your manager, who offered to “attempt” to clean one cushion (which would take a minimum of 2 weeks) and then provide instruction to me on how to clean the rest. Given the fact that the first round of cleaning instructions from the manager left a large ring, I’m not at all comfortable. At no time was there an offer to clean them all. I was in tears at the end of this call and there has been no communication since then. Except, of course, your response here…Which only drives home the point that the company doesn’t care.

Purchased a table and chairs almost 16 years ago when I lived in Pinellas County. Now living on the West Coast in Merritt Island, I wanted to replace the cushions. Very easily done. Color selection from the website was very accurate. They were able to deliver them to the closest store to me which is now this store. Very convenient. Excellent staff both on the phone and in person. The store is spectacular! They have so much to choose from. If I were in the market for new furniture, this would be the store. Convenient location - great customer service. Perfect!

Leaders Casual Furniture was amazing! The prices are no Costco but neither is the quality...the products here are top notch and Christine our Sales Associate was so so knowledgeable...she did not sell us at all aggressively...just spent tons of time teaching us and showing us product. The store was packed yet we got personal attention. She was also so fun and friendly. Bill and Dennis our delivery team were unbelievable! They were punctual, communicated and took such special care of our furniture and spent time explaining things to us. They were also so fun and friendly. It is rare to find a team who loves their work as much as this crew at Leaders! I HIGHLY recommend you check them out.

Mrs. Wassum, We most likely can make you new cushions for your set. Please bring in the dimensions of the seats and backs including your desired thickness. We have 100's of fabrics to choose from.
