I’ve been flying for about 6 months now, Julian and the guys never hesitated once to pick up the phone or help me for any trouble I had. All the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I’m ordering my third quad now through them and don’t plan on buying from anyone else. Highly recommended for any shape or size platform, these guys are awesome.

While no business or manufacturing is perfect and things do not go according to a buyer's wishes. RDQ has come through with flying colors in support. Bryan Fontes has been very helpful in helping me, expediently, try to resolve an issue I had with a recent CRUX3 DSM/DSMX plug an play quad I bought from RDQ. The first quad could bind just fine but would not arm or connect to the RX with message bad rx, on FPV goggles, a return ticked was issued immediately for me to return the quad and shortly after that I received a replacement quad, but second quad had issues with left rear motor intermittent and shutting off upon throttle up, both instances the quads never left the bench. I contacted Bryan and he suggested that perhaps a store credit was best or a different quad, since 2 quads had shown signs of manufacturing issues, not a fault of RDQ. However, I really like the CRUX3 for its size and being fond of the Mobula 7 1-2S bind and fly products I had bought from RDQ and DIY models I had build with parts purchased in previous years also from RDQ with no issues whatsoever, so I suggested maybe a replacement of the FC to save on having to send back and forth the complete quad. I asked Bryan if RDQ would entertained that option and he said that it would be fine, except they only had the FRSKY rx FC so after checking with my TX it has that protocol, I opted that would be fine. I will do a write up on how this goes, but I am flexible and so this is not a high priority but it must be said, as it helps all parties. While the expectation of a customer is typically to have the product running as soon as they get it, with a bind and fly product, unfortunately that was not the case with my CRUX3 purchase . Being a manufacturer myself I understand completely the intricacies of product manufacturing and especially products that are packed with tiny electronics such as the complex FC of today. Therefore, I would highly recommend that the manufacturer is contacted and have them spend a bit more time on the QC of the product, as I really like the architecture of the CRUX3, it is in line of the same methodical thinking I employ in my own product designs and this is the reason I favor this quad and reason I decided to purchase a bind and fly one so that I could simply fly it and not have to spend time designing and building one from scratch as my time is very limited these days. Bryan has been very quick to respond to my needs so he deserves a 5 star rating. Just on the level of support, I will continue to purchase from RDQ and highly recommend this company to others, but in all fairness I would also suggest that RDQ communicates with HappyModel on the above details that may need to be ironed out on this little awesome, by design simplicity, CRUX3 FPV racer. Quads (drones) are a hobby of mine, and what really stinks is when you need a part and it takes weeks to get it. I've ordered probably close to a dozen times or so from RaceDay Quads - they ship SUPER fast and it's amazing when I come home and my package is there!! MOST importantly, I need help, I'm completely wet behind the ears when it comes to quads and building and such. The entire team at RDQ has been nothing short of AMAZING in their help and support and advice. I highly recommend them!

RDQ is an amazing store to work with into the RC FPV Hobby. I try to buy everything here, because of the great prices and customer service that is top notch. Quality Customer service and shipping are huge factors for me. They have always stepped up with any issues on a product I buy.

Their shipping is super fast no matter where you are in the US! That said, buy early if you're going for holiday delivery.
It is not a store, it is a shipping facility in which you make an order online and have the option to get the items shipped to you or locally picked up. You would have to make the order online and then pick it up. You would have to know your stuff as there is no technician or troubleshooter. This is a worldwide shipping center.

These guys are definitely helpful. They've helped me several times. Not sure you can fly there though.
