Glad to find this butcher. Great choices of meats, both original and marinated, great choices of premade sides, and prices are decent especially since they run specials throughout the week. The staff is always friendly and helpful, plenty of sauces and marinades and other goodies you can buy while there as well.

Bought two porterhouse steaks cost $55. Twice the price but no better than any supermarket steak. Won't be going back

This locally-owned small business butcher shop is amazing. We came in the other day and got a variety of marinaded chicken and steak tips to grill for our family of twelve, and everything was incredible. They use a vacuum tumbler marinade machine to infuse their protein with flavor, and the results are incredible. Plus, they have bacon wrapped shrimp skewers… don’t miss those! They grill up beautifully. Plus, the team there is so friendly, and they’re experts that will happily answer your questions. Come in with your list, but be prepared to go home with something else because there’s so much to catch your eye and make your mouth water.
