We purchased our home this past weekend we truly love it and look forward to exploring the area and the beauty of all the state parks and awesome restaurants. Our sales agent Lisa was awesome, kind and so welcoming. She answered all our questions and was so helpful. The community gives you such a hometown feeling. We have been boating on the Homosassa River for about a year and paying for hotel rooms if we could even get a reservation. One Sunday morning we found the Reserve at Homosassa. As we drove in people waved at us and one nice guy offered to show us around and tell us about the place from his prospective. We then went to the sales office and met Dennis who invited us to look at the available homes. We did and Dennis told us about his favorite floor plan. The friendly people and the staff sold us on the community and we proceeded to buy a second home. Our getaway home works very well for us and we intend to continue to improve the property with decks and screen rooms. The River otters swim by our home every morning and we love the local critters. The office team of Dennis and Lisa have gone above and beyond our expectations and answer every question cheerfully and are very responsive.

Recently bought a new home in the Reserve. Lesa Ragan handled the sale and closing SHE WAS AWESOME!!! She was there every step of the way and made everything as simple as possible. I love my new home and the Reserve. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe and friendly. After many hours and miles of searching I found my forever home 👍👍👍👍👍

The people in The Reserve have been absolutely wonderful to both my mother and myself since day one. The park manager Dennis and his wife Patti have always gone above and beyond anything we've ever wanted or needed, and have been some of the nicest folks I've met. And Clay, the park maintenance/grounds man is also top-shelf, always looking to help out...and the place always looks top-notch. All in all the folks running the show are doing a GREAT job- in my opinion, and I look forward to being back asap!
