6/21 Edited my review again from 3 stars to 2… My online order was 40 MINUTES LATE. That’s insane Every time I order a take out meal, the wait is even more behind schedule. Watching the folks make the orders, everything is very slow. They are all very nice, but everything is just slooooooowwww. 5/13 Edited my review to 3 stars from 5. Lately, I feel like they just haven’t been on top of things. The last couple times I came in, there were no forks or spoons available so we had to ask. The last 3 times I got a pickup order, my food wasn’t ready until about 15 min after the pickup time. Food is good, but the service/times is lacking lately.

Ordered a kids quesadilla and 2 bowls with guacamole. The kids meal was the worst.... they literally gave us two tortillas with nothing in them, and forgot the fruit it was supposed to come with. They also forgot our guacamole and the food was cold when we got it. Everytime we order it's something wrong with our order. Chipotle is really going down hill.

Very friendly and very generous location. The servers were great at adding heaping spoonfuls of fresh ingredients (won’t be able to finish in one sitting). The manager Diana and cashier Jeannine were especially kind in fixing an app promo…they made my birthday! This is a place I will definitely will visit again:)

My birthday was recently, and my friend gave me a bunch of different gift cards to multiple places. One of the places was Chipotle. I used the app to place my order. I ordered a burrito with chicken, white rice, black beans, tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and had it double wrapped. I also got queso blanco and chips. I thought the burrito tasted okay, it's a lot of food so I feel like the price is justified in that way. Not a lot of depth in flavor, as you can taste each ingredient individually. The guacamole almost overpowers everything because of the amount on the burrito. The flavor of the food makes me feel like I'm eating healthy, even though I know that I'm not. Presentation wise, it's messy but with all of the ingredients packed into the tortillas, that's to be expected. The store inside looked clean, and my order was already ready when I got there, which is appreciated.
