DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Just like other users have posted, the apartments are termite infested, buildings are old, leaks everywhere, and very slow maintenance. Owners are cheap and do not care for their tenants! Please take this as a warning.

Lived here for 2 years place was fullllllllllll of termite inside the living space woke up to a bedroom/living room full in termites and they dont care when you tell them about it

Awful complex. I’m breaking my lease 4 months early (Apt. 328) due to an infestation of termites!! 3 treatments have been done and it has done nothing. Management is rude. The rent is cheap because the quality is trash. You get what you pay for. Don’t move here.

Okay, so I'm not one to typically leave bad reviews of any kind, but this is ridiculous and I feel obligated to warn people that are considering moving here. I got back to my apartment at around 4:30 yesterday and discovered some sort of leak that soaked around a quarter of my bedroom floor. 6 emergency maintenance requests and almost 24 hours later over 3/4 of my room is completely saturated and I have yet to hear from the maintenance people! Not to mention the leak has spread out of my room and I to the living room. I'm so done with this apartment complex. If you plan on moving here, be prepared to have to be making a lot of maintenance requests that take forever and a day to get addressed.
