Very convenient for me, very easy access and a covered docking area it made my first storage trip safe and dry as I got there under a regular afternoon Florida rain storm. After calling and searching in the Internet I walked in for information and got a very large space at a regular market price with a sweet special, I was offered a smaller space with a better price due to my need for extra room at this time I decided for the next bigger room, it was showed to me so I have a better idea of the floor area and high of space. All my questions were answered and there were many from me. So far it was a excellent decision to rent at Extra Space Storage in Florida Ave in Tampa, Seminole Heights neighborhood. There was another company not this close to my home that all the phones numbers I got from the search in internet even though they were different companies based at different states, different phones they all were taking me to that other storage company at different location and far more expensive. I decided not to used that other storage place even if means to pay more money which it wasn't the case. I got a cheaper place assisted by a friendly clerk and to me the human touch is far more important than money.

Customer Service was great, web links smooth and facility was very clean inside and out. There was about a $15 difference in the end monthly but considering the overall experience I am very happy and highly recommend for ease, efficiency and the property’s well-maintained condition.

I would definitely recommend Extra space to anyone in the Seminole heights area. It is a beautiful, clean facility with an excellent staff. Stephanie is very kind and helpful. You can’t beat the price with climate controlled storage, a clean and access friendly facility, and such excellent customer service!
